Shipping policy

Upon completing your order, an email confirmation will be sent to your email address on file. This email will serve as an invoice and includes your order number.
At SEISSO, we strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below for details.

Shipping Area

  • We currently ship to the United States and Japan only (excluding U.S. territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses).

Shipping Carriers
We partner with reliable carriers to ensure fast delivery:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS

NOTE:

  • SEISSO reserves the right to choose the most suitable carrier based on the product size, weight, and destination.
  • If an item is temporarily out of stock at our U.S. warehouse, your order may be shipped directly from our Amazon fulfillment centers to ensure the fastest delivery.

Shipping Fees

  • Free standard shipping on orders over USD$50.00
  • For orders that do not meet the free shipping threshold, a standard shipping fee will be charged. The exact shipping cost may vary depending on the order and delivery address. Please check the checkout page for final details.

Processing & Delivery Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated 5–7 business days depending on your location. (Estimated time of delivery can take longer than expected due to invalid address, customs clearance procedures or other causes.)
  • Pre-order Items: The delivery date will be based on the product release schedule.
  • Note: Orders with multiple items may be shipped separately depending on stock availability. (During peak periods or for items with high demand, processing times may exceed 2 business days.)

Delivery Guidelines

  • Please ensure that your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipping fees will apply.

Missed Deliveries & Redelivery

  • If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will follow their redelivery policy.
  • Any additional redelivery or storage fees charged by the carrier are the customer’s responsibility.

Delays

  • SEISSO is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, carrier delays, accidents, labor disputes, or supply chain disruptions.

If Your Order Hasn’t Arrived

  • If your order has not arrived within 5 days past the estimated delivery date, please contact our Customer Support with:
    1) Your order number
    2) Name
    We will investigate with the carrier and update you promptly.

Returns Due to Product Issues

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The product you received is different from your order.
  • The product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
    In such cases, SEISSO will cover the return shipping costs. Returns for customer convenience (change of mind, wrong size/color ordered, etc.) are not accepted.

 If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered, but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify.

 Customs Duties

  • Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.
  • All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.
