  • At Seisso, we want you to shop with confidence. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to ensure your return and refund process is as smooth as possible.

Return Policy

  • 7-Day Return Window: You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order under the following circumstances: 1) the product you received is different from your order. 2) the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.)

How to Start a Return

  • Please contact our customer service team at service@seisso.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will provide the return address and further instructions.
  • ⚠️ Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including: Final-sale or heavily discounted items (over 20% OFF)

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Remember, refunds might take some time to be reflected by your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Please note, that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Returning part of an order may affect your eligibility for certain promotions. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to the revised discount eligibility.
  • Price matching is not available for any items.
