Return Policy

1. Eligible Returns

  • You received the wrong item.
  • The item has a quality issue such as damage or defect upon arrival.

2. Returns Not Accepted

  • Returns due to personal preferences, such as color, size, or style.
  • Damage caused by improper use or after the product has been used.

3. Return Request Procedure

  • Please contact our customer service within 7 days of receiving your order, providing clear photos or videos as proof.
  • Once verified, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

4. Return Shipping

  • For returns caused by quality issues or shipping errors, SEISSO will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Returns that do not meet the above conditions will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

  • Please contact our customer service team at service@seisso.com with your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason. Our team will provide the return address and further instructions.
  • ⚠️ Unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must include original tags, packaging, and proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
  • Certain items are non-returnable, including: Final-sale or heavily discounted items (over 20% OFF)

Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return the original item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

  • Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will inform you about the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment. Remember, refunds might take some time to be reflected by your bank or credit card issuer.
  • Please note, that original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Returning part of an order may affect your eligibility for certain promotions. The refund amount will be adjusted accordingly to the revised discount eligibility.
  • Price matching is not available for any items.
